0–1 min: RFQ and six requested lines. 1–2: open the specification and schematic. 2–3: compare the three original quotes. 3–5: reveal A’s hard-spec switchgear substitution and late transformer. 5–7: compare feasible C ($126,800) with B+C ($123,200). 7–8: show the illustrative allocation and explain the $3,600 saving.
